This young, energetic artist has been underground for so long. Emeka Hypnotic, as he is fondly called is a promising artist to watchout for in 2013. The 20 year old Ukraine based artist just released his first official single titled "ISHE WAA NI". He delivered smoothly on the verses and the 'catchy hook' was done by Shola Brizzy, also a promising artist to watchout for. I don't want to start this article by making presumptions, but in my opinion Asa might just be one of Africa's greatest Artist. She is an exciting performer, a great instrumentalist, and a brilliant song writer. Her first CD (Asa) was unique and idealistic, and she used it to shed some light on the strife Africans go through. Then when she came out with the Beautiful Imperfection, she showed us her musical diversity and her softer more sensual side.
She has already broken into the world music scene, not just in Africa, but across the UK, USA, Germany, France and many more countries. So if you have not gotten on this bandwagon yet, its still not too late.

The E.M.E Domination is not just a phenomenon, but a storm and its clouds are covering not just Africa but the entire world. The Empire Mates Entertainment...(AKA E.M.E) is the record label home to African Superstar Acts such as Skales, WizKid & Banky W.. as well as upcoming incredible acts like Niyola, ShayDee & DJ XClusive. This group based in Nigeria has been unstoppable this year, as soon as they dropped their 22 track album (Empire Mates State of Mind), it was dynamite!!! everybody loved it. Then right after that, they went on a world tour while dropping more music videos. They performed in places like the UK, USA, Canada, and a host of countries in Africa. All while recording more songs for their individual future albums, and releasing even more videos on their current collaborative hit album. These guys seem to cursing cloud 9... and there is no stopping them.

On the 15th of November 2012 Mr Olawale Ashimi AKA Nigeria's own BrymO released his highly – anticipated sophomore album #TheSonofaKapenta, although this will be his first album since joining Chocolate City Music two years ago. The album comes just months after the singer released his smash hit single Go Hard. After being signed by Chocolate City BrymO has had a great music carrier, with music videos, shows, interviews and live performances allover Africa, US & the UK.
